Prepared horiz stab parts T04-06, 08, 12, 13. Shimmed Sharpie to proper height with feeler gauge for hinge pilot holes and marked/drilled the hinges. T04-12 was supplied with about 11 deg bend. Bent that back to Rev A specified 7 deg using arbor press.
Started elev skin installation. Put a chalk line on the edge of the bench and clamped some blocks along the line to keep the leading edge in alignment. Marked and drilled #40 skin pilot holes. Aligned ribs and thru drilled the skin holes and clecoed front and bottom side of skin.
